I have shopped at Stop and Shop for 40 years and never have I had a problem with anything. The shelves are always stocked with fresh food. Deli meats are awesome as well as produce. The associates are helpful in assisting me when I need to locate an item or can't reach an item. The prices are great as well as receiving Go Rewards which have helped immensely towards gas. And last but not least awesome food sales. You are and always will be my number one go to market. Thank you Stop and Shop.
The East Broadway stop and shop in South Boston is a disgrace. the shelves are always empty, they only have cream or milk 1-2 days a week, and the bread is consistently old. the supervisors and check-out staff are unprofessional. They are yelling across the ailes talking to each other in unpleasant language at times. When will you sell this store to another grocery chain that cares about its customers?

The Bay Terrace Stop & Shop was an absolute disgrace this evening. The store was filthy , disorganized , and very poorly stocked. Senior management is very sorely needed to straighten this store out.
What a disgrace!!!!!
