YOUR PLANT IN JACKSONVILLE IS A DISGRACE TO THE FLOWERS NAME! YOUR SUPERVISORS ARE IN RELATIONS WITH THE FEMALE WORKERS, YOUR SUPERVISORS ARE AFRAID TO ENFORCE RULES IN FEAR OF RETALIATION, MOST OF YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE CONSTANTLY ON THEIR PHONES (including some supervisors), NUMEROUS EMPLOYEES ARE OUT WITH COVID 19, FEMALE WORKERS GET FAVORITISM FROM SUPERVISORS; IF ALL MANAGEMENT WAS LIKE MRS LENA MANN, YOU WOULD HAVE NO PROBLEM OUT OF FEMALE WORKERS, BUT THE MALE SUPERVISORS LET THEM SLIDE WITH TOO MUCH BECAUSE THEY CAN GET SOMETHING FROM THEM, AND MOST OF ALL THERE SHOULD BE AN "UNDERCOVER BOSS" DONE AT "THIS" PLANT, BECAUSE THIS IS COSTING THE COMPANY PRECIOUS PRODUCT BECAUSE THE NEW EMPLOYEES DO NOT CARE, JUST GIVE THEIR CHECK, SOME EMPLOYEES ARRIVE TO WORK IN THE WEE HOURS OF THE MORNINGS WITH MUSIC BLARING BREAKING THE SOUND BARRIER IN THE SURROUNDING NEIGHBORHOOD, HAIRNETS ARE FOUND THROUGHOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD, MR LEROY NEEDS TO COME BACK FROM RETIREMENT, MR MIKE MOORE NEEDS TO COME BACK, BECAUSE WITH PEOPLE LIKE THEM RUNNING THINGS, THIS BAKERY MIGHT IMPROVE IT'S IMAGE! DO THE UNDERCOVER BOSS SHOW, THEN YOU SHALL SURELY SEE THAT THE FAMILY ATOMOSPHERE IS GONE!

Trying to reach out to some one to talk about Franklin Baking Company in Goldsboro North carolina. This plant shows alot of favoritism. They cant keep employees. Like right now we're not being force to wear face mask or gloves. They know that virus is out here and they act like they dont care. They ask you four questions at the door and thats its. The bread line is the worst deparment out of the whole plant. They waste alot of bread. On a bad day we have a lot of bread on the floor. But when we have inspection they want everyone to do thier jobs. The shift leaders dont help you they talk about you to any and everybody. We have four shift leaders percy graham, andrea, ron williams and marcus. They never try to help with anything. They always on thier phones on facebook or playing games. They supervisors they show alot of favoritism. We have Antonio and David they have thier picks on who tey talk to. Once you try to speak up for yourself they try to do all they can to fire you or make you quit. And thats not right. For it to be a very popular bread plant. They have alot of problems and issues. Trust me when i say this. If people only knew how they operate it will be shut down forever. They supervisor Justin Pate is not a good supervisor he show favoritism too. Can someone please reach out to me on this please. Asap
