We bought a New Lennox 14 sear A/C & heat pump from LENNOX just a few years ago and had a local company “All American Air” install it. We have had mechanical issues every year from date of installation. Now a “Coil” is not working and LENNOX Headquarters seems to be stepping up to the plate thanks to upper management.

I' m the proud owner of a 1982 year model condensing unit...Originally a heat pump.. No problems all these years... perhaps your marketing will want to promote this long service.
My A/C man thinks it should go to the Smithsonian... I may need to replace in next few years.... let me know if you want pictures

We built a brand new house in 2007 which came with 2 Lennox units. When our upstairs unit went down in 2017, we bought a new Lennox unit. We've had to have it repaired twice in just 4 years and now the smart thermostat (iComfort s30) is not working correctly. I am very disappointed in this system as it should not be malfunctioning after only 2 years (the first repair). I would like to speak to someone from the company that has the ability to rectify our situation with the thermostat as a replacement costs at least $700. This is unacceptable. our second unit is still running but we are not likely to purchase another Lennox unit if we continue to have these difficulties.
