We've been shopping this Silver Springs Publix for years and I've yet to have to complain about anything. The employee's are friendly and glad to help. The shelves are always stocked. It's one of the cleanest stores I've ever been in. If a line starts backing up they'll open more registers. They always offer to help you to your car and they maintain their handicap carts. This store runs like they used to run.
Undue the process of not paying cash on self-service machines in hallandale publix When you are buying one, or two, or three items you want to pay cash not use your credit card. At least have one self- service machine should accept cash.
I know the other cashiers will take cash, but the lines are too long.
Have one self - service machine accept cash.
I would like to write a review on Joy bread!
We found Joy bread!
A few years ago we lived in North Carolina when Publix came to western North Carolina. we found a product, that we totally enjoyed it was called Joy bread. it came from California and it came in many different varieties cinnamon, maple and
strawberry.
It’s a fancy bread that you can have it in the morning or for snack, you can toast it. Or just eat it plain.
The price was around five dollars , but it was well worth it.
We bought it as a treat about twice a month. When it was available .
Publix has Since stopped buying from the California bakery company that makes joy bread.
Publix now makes its own version of joy bread which is horrible!
We thought maybe the label had been changed so we bought at the same price! Publix version of Joy bread we could not even eat it .
it was dry and unedible. The mixture of cinnamon and glaze that covers the top of the bread is not the same. I believe this is a mistake that Publix has made, thinking that they can make a product taste and look exactly as the company that originally made it Well you’re sadly mistaken Publix!
Your customers want what was formally offered to them.
The Joy bread company in California what is sporadic delivering the bread to Publix as soon as they put it out it was gone!
Very popular item.
I go to Publix in gardendale Alabama to buy some Canada Dry zero sugar ginger ale because 7up products are on sale .
I grabbed 4 12 packs and go to checkout and the cashier goes to tell me that I can only get one free because it is made by Pepsi. One that is not true it is made by 7up. So I call for manger and he goes to say the same thing and is real rude about it. I thought the customer is always right and have proof. So I will not be going back to Publix in Gardendale and I will be sure to let my family and friends not to go there any more. Just thought I would tell you that the customer service there really sucks .
PS I used toenjoy shopping with you guys but as of now no more
Thank you Cassandra Mcknight
It made me put a star but they get a zero!!!!!
