I was 3 hours late arriving from Omaha on Thursday, flight 1177. I had 25 minutes to make my connection to Santiago, Chile. Not only did I make it, my bag made it. Thank you to all the ground services employees in Houston. Thank you.

I have had several problems with the last 2 flights that I have taken. I am a very unhappy customer. I have been flying United for years. I am extremely offended at the customer service that I have received. When booking a flight to Hawaii I had previously booked a flight from San Francisco to Honolulu. I had gotten injured and could not make the drive. I proceeded to make another flight through United so they would be the same airlines from Fresno to San Francisco. I was told in San Francisco that I had to go to baggage claim to retrieve my bags check back in pay another baggage fee and go through security while trying to catch my next flight. Mind you they had me in a wheel chair while doing this. This was completely stressful. I do not understand if you choose the same airline why on earth you would have to go through so much to get you bags checked on the next flight and why you would have to pay another baggage charge. On the way home I decided not to go through this again and booked a one way flight back to Fresno which was another charge.

Second I have a ticket purchased from Fresno to San Francisco this month that I need to change because of a funeral. When calling your 800 number several times your Agents where so rude. I have never had such bad customer service. Speaking over me, telling me they don't know the answer, raising their voice, etc... I am a very unhappy paying United customer. So much for your mileage program as well. I have to change my ticket because I have a death in my family and they want a death certificate first. Does this make any sense to you? When my mother passed I had no problem changing my ticket. What is happening to this business? So very upset and disappointed!
