I am writing a complaint in regard to the McDonalds located in Perry, Florida on 3/12/23. I just left from the drive-thru at 8:56 pm and was told by a female through the intercom that they are closed when I could see several workers inside staring as I pulled to the drive-thru from behind the counter and online it shows this store/drive-thru is open 24/7. I then proceed to pull off and see 2 vehicles in line with one at the second window having a McDonalds bag handed to them giving me the assumption they were able to order and were getting their food. I would like to point out that I drive a an older model State Trooper Tahoe and feel I was denied service due to them thinking I was the police which in this case would be discrimination. They were not able to provide an explanation as to why they were closed at 8:56 pm on a Sunday when there were clearly employees (3 females in uniform ) present at the front counter able to watch and make eye contact with the vehicles driving in. I would like to know why I was denied service right then when clearly others were given service ahead of me. Corporate please respond because I hope this wasn't the reason. It's almost making me want to go up there again in a different vehicle with it on recording to see if they do it again. I am not one to call discrimination but this sure does seem to be the case. I am sure cameras can confirm what I said if the footage isn't deleted since I'm making a complaint.

ALTHOUGH WE ARE ALL DEALING WITH THIS "CORONA VIRUS PANDEMIC," I STILL LOVE TO PURCHASE MY DAILY "LARGE FRENCH FRIES/ WITH NO SALT!!! I HAD AN INCIDENT TO HAPPEN TODAY, THAT I FELT WAS "VERY UNSANITARY" WITH MY FRIES!!! THE YOUNG MAN WAS PUTTING MY FRIES IN THE BAG, & I SAW HIS "BARE HAND" TOUCH MY FRIES & I IMMEDIATELY REFUSED TO TAKE THEM, & I TOLD HIM WHY I DIDN'T WANT THEM, BECAUSE HIS HAND TOUCHED MY FRIES, & HE RESPONDED THAT HIS HAND DIDN'T TOUCH MY FRIES & HE SHOWED ME HOW HE DID IT!!! I REQUESTED A REFUND & HE RETURNED AGAIN SHOWING ME PUTTING MY FRIES IN THE BAG AGAIN, SO I JUST WALKED OUT OF THAT ESTABLISHMENT, WITHOUT MY REFUND OF $2.80!!! I WAS NUMBER "210" AT McDONALD'S # 30021 530 MAXEY ROAD HOUSTON, TEXAS 77023/ 713-451-5516!!! NOW PROVIDED THAT YOUNG MAN WOULD HAVE HAD "GLOVES ON" ESPECIALLY WITH THIS "PANDEMIC" I WOULDN'T HAVE HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE TOUCHING!!! IT SHOULD BE A "MAJOR REQUIREMENT" THAT "ALL EMPLOYEES" WEAR GLOVES AT "ALL TIMES WHEN HANDLING FOOD!!!" I ordered a McChicken sandwich $1.19,small fry $1.00 and large drink $1.00 and bill came to $4.20.Mcdonalds advertisement says buy one, get the fry for $1.00.I questioned the employee and was told she could'nt control what the computer does .I understand this is only an overcharge of $.70 but this is not what you advertise and if this is commonplace thats a lot of $$$
Take The "Crispy" out of advertising your chicken sandwiches because they are "SOGGY" NOT "CRISPY"
What ever you do don't contact service they aren't worth the wasted time. I told them that a manager handled my food multiple times and they lazy phone person made me spell the name of the road it was on 3 times after I spelt it slow for them. I waited 15 minutes and watched 2 cars get waited on that pulled in to the waiting parking spaces 10 minutes after me. I then when in and waited another 10 minutes after they said it would be right up/ I watched the manager take m food out of my bag with no gloves 3 times while I stood there. How do I know they don't have Co-Vid. Like I said Customer service person didn't care form the way she talked and acted on the phone and should be fired and manager as well.
Hi I visited McDonalds location #870. I ordered two plain McGriddles. I asked the cashier why isn't it 2 for $4. He told me because I didn't order the regular McGriddle with bacon and eggs I am being charged more and it is what it is...HUH?? Rude response..... I find this to be discriminating because I wanted it without bacon and eggs. I was charged more and the cashier had such a nasty attitude about it. Please explain to me why its more if I chose not to have all the ingredients on a McGriddle. If this is the case then its false advertisement on McDonalds behalf......
left your store in Leesville La about fifteen minutes ago. Service has fallen to a bottom low:: My order consisted of 2 Mac Doubles, 1 basket of french fries, 1 quarter pounder then as usually had to pack an wait on food. After 10 minutes of waiting no food went inside had to ask where the order was, handed a sack with two Mac Doubles and they had to call back for the hamburger. Ask to speak to Manger who gave me the food, I was pissed and raised my voice because there was 7-8 workers total disorganized working assignments with the manger not even trying to create a favorable working environment. Post covid short handed this was not a good outcome: average waiting time varies but here of lately it has gotten longer and longer. Pull up your recorded activities to see the time wasted and customer waiting time due to poor management.
I was at the McDonalds at the South Side Mall in S.Williamson KY, On Wednesday May 12. I order 2 quarter Pounders and a Large Fries, after I paid I drove up to the next window and was told to pull down and wait it would only be about a minute. I waited 10 minutes for them to bring my food out. After driving away I decided to eat some fries and they were cold as was the Quarter Pounders. I would not advice ou to eat here this was not the first problem I have had with this place
I stopped by to try the new crispy chicken sandwich, I tried to order a meal, plus a sandwich, which I plainly said, just as it has been typed, making it an xl fry and drink, got the drink and meal, but only the meal, there was no extra sandwich, after getting home and finally able to try the sandwich, I looked inside, ONE pickle, then I remembered being asked if I wanted lettuce and mayo, and that THAT would be EXTRA, what kind of a business are you running here? not to mention that the XL fries was the equivalent of a small order, just because someone puts fries into a bigger container doesn't make it worthy of the prices being charged for an UPGRADE, so you went from a 1.00 item to a 3.69 item with no more flavor, and only a little extra meat, VERY disappointed, by the way, I've been tracking the fries thing for some time now, this isn't the first time you people have jipped me, but can assure you, it will be the last.
