Bought a premium Xbox controller in 2022, and 11 months later started having "stick drift". Contacted Razer support, and they walked me through a lengthy but ultimately rewarding RMA process. Highly recommend purchasing directly from Razer or a verified retailer, registering your product with Razer, and sticking with their support process although it does take time and effort, but is ultimately necessary.
