Best insurance company I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with when it comes to auto insurance, I’ve been their customer for over six years and I’ve been saving a lot of money ever since, I handle literally everything with ease on my smartphone through their mobile app and I’ve had a few incidents over the years because well “accidents happen“ and the entire process is hassle free. They always take good care of me even when I’ve switch states. I recommended Geico to the World. They have a great representative here in Massachusetts named Gary ** who is very professional he really knows what he’s doing.
Not to happy not having a Geico agent to take care of my claim for my auto. I had moved from Henderson Nevada with a load of agents at my Henderson office that I went to for customer service. Now I am in NY and paying more for auto insurance and no agent in my area, not a good policy on the customer service from Nevada to New York. This problem might now change my mind to seek other quotes from other companies with agents in my area.
