I wish I could give this company a 0 star rating. They are a rip off, they are scammers, they cheat you out of your money, they do not care about you, all they care about is their money. This company literally stole $1000s of dollars from me. They were charging me for over 10 locations every month after they were requested to be canceled. They charged me for one location that had shut done for over 2.5 years!!!! I called customer care team, and account management team and I was given the run around every time. Every employee gave me a different answer. If you care about your money, do not do service with these thief's. I will be contacting the BBB.
This is a letter of praise regarding one of your employees. The representative was "Antonette". On January 11, 2021 there was an ongoing issue with "LngRng" and ongoing problems with the ADT Pulse not working or Alerts being sent to my email and phone. The week before, a repairman came out and updated the system, however, that crashed and did not work. We were not aware of this issue with the ADT Pulse not working until January 10, 2021.
Upon Calling Antoinette on January 12 at 12:38 she immediately solved the issue with mechanical knowledge over the phone that only lasted 5 to 6 minutes. Antoinette was the 7th person I had called over a day and a half who were NO help at All. This young lady not only was informative, but, solved the problem and allowed us to be able to cancel the repairman that was to come out on January 13, 2021.
Antonette is a Wonderful Employee. It was a Great Pleasure to have dealt with her in the manner of solving our problem as well as her kind demeanor!

We have had nothing but problems after problems with ADT. We don’t recommend this security system to anyone. The senses fail and the alarm automatically go out at night time. The technicians are untrained to tackle the problems. I have far to complain with the CEOs office in Florida and the service is poor to disgusting. They need a management team to organize themselves in relations to customer needs
