I was trying to book flights for my son, grandson, and son's girlfriend, using my credit certificate, Alaska wallet funds, and air miles. I knew I needed help.Linda in Phoenix walked me through each step to help me set up the flights. She was patient and so helpful. I wouldn't have been able to accomplish this myself. Thanks so much, Linda!!
We had a delayed flight during the holiday season. This is somewhat understandable apart from the fact that they figured out last minute with everyone on board that the pilot had flown the max number of hours mandated by the FAA. Why they couldn't have figured this out beforehand is beyond me.
Alaska is my favorite airline hands down! I have always had positive experiences with their customer service and my flights are almost always on time or even early. I find them to be a pretty good value, too, when compared with other options.
