On Saturday, May 16th,Flight # 851, I & my wife flew from St. Petersburg Fl. to Flint Mich. A few days before our flight, I called the airlines and was told there would be social distancing and the wearing of masks. When we got to our seats, there was a lady sitting in our row without a mask. I told the flight attendant about it and she said all we can do is offer the masks. We are both in our 80's with some health concerns. Now we have to worry in house quarantine for 14 days to see if we were exposed to Coronavirus. As there were some other seats with much younger passengers and an open seat, I think they should have moved the lady to a different seat. We fly Allegiant twice a year and always enjoy our flights. Also, I paid for trip flex and found out later that you were offering flight changes without charge. Can this be refunded? Please take my concerns into consideration. Thank you.
