I have hav purchased from the same car lot for several years now always been very helpful with my problems untill recently i have been trying for the last 3 weeks to get my car fixed well guess what they were to send a tow truck to pickup today still here .and im having to walk 5 miles to work at 4 AM .im not happy thinking about taking my business elsewhere

I have had ny car almost 2 yrs. Now i had some problems at the beginning when i got my car i explained to her that i was on disability long story short i wasnt b told about the taxes part.unt after signing papers so needless to say i have yet to.register car i thought all that was attached at the end of my payments but no its not im.writing today because i have had quiet a few set backs last couple months hard on top of this covid crap my sister had cancer my sisters husband passed away my brother had a stroke i had triple bypass last part of october 2020 my youngest daughter just got told right before new year she had stage 2 cancer in lungs and liver my car has been messed up for the ladt few months i ask i could miss car pmt to see if i can get my cqr fixed they said yea so great well not great i was told to bring $150 in last friday and another in this friday the whole purpose was not to pay so i xould get car fixed i make ess than 800 a month with car payment and everything else i cant afford to fix it agter everyrhing.i have been through i thought they would but no si i guess im going to give car back tell them i cant do both so they can have it back plus they gonna have to fix it because i cant afford yesi i have had exceptional payments no problem there i also had 4 brand new tires just put on last monthi i will be switching them out before i send it back i hate to lose my car because honestly sometimes i sleep in my car i will be lost without her but honestly i have my brother i have to worry about and god i pray my daughters makes it outta this i dont get stimulus checks like other people do so no i cant handle both payment and getting car fixed thank you

I've been calling corporate office for about a month now and I have yet to speak to someone about my car. It has broken down twice and I've only had the car about 7 months. I'm getting to a point now where I'm goin to have to exhaust all of my resources because this is horrible. I either want another vehicle or they can just give me my deposit back

Have a complaint about the carmart Altus Oklahoma they have had my car in the shop for almost 2 mnths and I have been with out my car the hole time, have been making my payments to, the hole time they have been giving me excuses for not having my car to me and have been constantly not ordering the parts or keeping me updated and I even asked for a different car and I got told that if they had to they would do a repo and then sale me another one and the car has been having issues since the day I got it

Car mart lacks in customer service and there head guy brain Adams was. Very rude and refused to help .....I have payed for a car that was in the shop several weeks. For a spark plugs problem. And still had to pay and rent a car ...won't be back .. called chanle 2 works for you...and I'm parking out front of car mart with car mart sold me a Limon on my vehicle...
