My daughter, 2 grandkids and myself had lunch on Sunday October 3, 2021 in Murrysville, PA. They were very short staffed. However, a gentleman by the name of Flip was our server, bartender and at times seated people as well. He ran around the restaurant constantly. We found out 2 people never showed or called off. He was pleasant and very humorous. He made our experience very enjoyable, besides the food being good. He deserves a raise for all he had to do. There are people out there not even willing to work while he went above and beyond. Thank You Flip.

Food I got was not what I order food cold meat like rubber I come here a few times a month after this I will take my business some where else no more eating at Applebee's
Please bring back the southwest chicken salad. I love this salad and I really miss it on the menu.
I am a 5 year plus regular at AB Maccorkle Ave Charleston Wva. The food and service is second to none(My wife and I eat dinner on weekends in the bar area). We are usually serviced by a bar tender by the name Christen Daughtry and she has always served us as well as other customers. She has always practiced severe hygiene practices while taking care of everyone. But my problem is that a gentleman fell rather hard while she was on duty. I know this man is a regular at dinner time and that he is always nice and polite to her and everyone. My problem is how she was terminated b cause of his fall. I don’t see in any way how this was her fault. In my opinion he has an existing knee issue. Nothing to do with her and every there knows this. I spends hundreds of dollars there and this issue must be revisited. I am a satisfied AB CUSTOMER and I feel this is totally unacceptable. Thank You Kevin Wilson and Family
I am complaining about how I and my group at Apple Bee's was treated for our birthday celebration. During that time on Friday, August 16,2019, we had a poor experience. I feel it is important that you be aware of the behavior of your employees. I have not shared this experience with any of my friends or on any social media yet, and would like to provide you wit the opportunity to respond. Most of us arrived around 6pm and we all stayed till 11pm. I know it was busy yesterday night, and I do understand some short delay of service, but not all night and rude to top it off. the first thing was order was missed up, and my cocktail drink wasn't was I ordered. then I request for all of our money to pay NOW, when we weren't have way done with dinner or ready to leave. Per Waiter "said he was leaving for the night" well therefore, he needed us to pay. never been embarrass for someone saying something like that, especially in a popular restaurant. when I gave him my money, and I paid cash, he never gave my receipt, and I requested twice. he took the money and never came back. there was two of us that paid in cash that never got receipts. Others paid with credit card, but still couldn't get the receipts correctly which was really back he continue to request them back from them. don't know what was going with that, then we all order drinks and only got two then no one ever came back to check on us or clear our table. then one of the birthday person order on the tablet they had on table and some lady working there very rudely took him the receipt, and look like it was thrown at him and said " you nee to go to bar and get your drinks." we look at her like "WHAT" we continue to order our drinks because we were celebrating all of our August Birthday's. all that time we were there, we were ignored and rudely treated, with no respect what so ever! some of use had to go to bar and still wait to get a drink there. then one of the person that was there called today to Area Manager Russell to complaint about last night, told him that he will be receiving a few calls regarding this issue and she was told by Russell he will not be able to accommodate anyone else but her. to me that was so wrong for a manager to say that to a customer.
I work in customer service business for long time. I know I would never treat anyone so rude. I would know how to accommodate and what to say to customers. because it wasn't only one person there at the party but 7 of us. that day was very disappointing birthday for everyone. please contact me at 916-513-3593 cell number about this issue
