Amazing Customer Service. The company and its atmosphere is pretty decent. Good communication is available, as well as good attitudes.

I am having a home built by your company. I have asked for 2 simple things to be done during construction and have been told that they could not be done. One was two simply move 2 windows on to another wall was told that would require re-engineering of the home. The second was to allow me to have a set of drawings so I could plan out installation of computer hard wire network and on the wall entertainment. Was told both requests were impossible. I fine that very hard to believe. Could someone please help me. 727-247-2133

This is a formal complaint. I have submitted a request to have repairs made to my home over 2 weeks ago and no response. Only broken promises that someone will be calling me. This is extremely unprofessional. I did not pay money to be in a house that is falling apart. I am in Jacksonville, Florida. If someone do not repair my house asap, I will be filing a lawsuit.
