Terrible experience tonight for the first time ever. I went to drive through ordered two regular chicken entrees and one chicken deluxe entree. Payed for my order pulled around waited awhile to get my order once received I checked my order before I drove off as most should to make sure my order is complete and up to standards when usually it is never had any negative encounters with chick fila until tonight. All was good besides my chicken deluxe sandwich I flagged down one of the food runners to explain my one little problem I had with my Colby cheese being so cold that it was just sitting on the sandwich hard and stiff. Was told this is how it usually comes when I know that's not true I'm not a new customer gotten deluxe chicken sandwiches on several Occasions and the cheese was never that cold that it had no form to it. She said she would get manager I said no problem waited a while longer once more manager came to assist however I was told the same things. The problem I had I feel was a simple one which was to rewarm my boxed chicken deluxe sandwich so that I will not have a piece of hard squared blocked of stiff piece of colby cheese. Simple request. Wasn't asking for refund wasn't asking for another sandwich just simply wanted my cheese to be semi melted (softened). Didn't want to bite into a cold piece of cheese. After explaining all of this and even displaying the sandwich so that the manger could understand and see my problem I was told that my request could not be met and if she attempted to do so she could get into trouble because they do not melt the cheese on the chicken sandwich this is the way it's prepared so I will need to take it that way. I believe because I asked for my cheese to be melted she thought I wanted her to melt the cheese first and then put on the sandwich when as stated previously I only wanted my one little sandwich warmed so my cheese could be more melted however even if she didn't understand and mistaken what I said in a whole different light she didn't take the time out to ask any questions if there was some sort of confusion she just simply refused my request So know she's asking do I still want the sandwich and I told her yes just not the cold piece of cheese so she takes back the chicken deluxe sandwich that was given to me tossed it into the trash had the team remake my deluxe chicken sandwich this time with no cheese because they was not willing to make sure my cheese was melted (softened) however after all of this time and the back and forth i not only couldn't get my simple request I also didn't get the difference back of payment now that I was no longer able to get the cheese which now shortens me of having a deluxe chicken sandwich So in the end I payed and wait all this time and still being kind and courteous but did not get the same in return. They kept giving me the short end of the stick as if I was the problem when they was the one giving me all of the problems just can't believe all of the trouble they was making to not have to give me melted cheese( softened cheese that was not cold) This was the chick fila @ 2025 Harrodsburg Rd Lexington KY 40504 Serviced time @ 7:04pm spent over 10min after service time 🤷🤷
