Circle K.....
Since when is it OK for an employee to threaten to slice someone's throat? We have been shopping at the Circle K on 10th and Washington in Kennewick Wa since 2007. The last couple of years the service has been getting worse on a consistent basis. This morning 2/18/22 about 5:45am my bf had to stop for gas to get to his job about 45 miles away. He never even entered the store. While he was pumping gas, the new manager in training decided to come out, stand in front of my bf's truck and motion to him the throat cutting jester and then went back into the store and cut his pump off. To me, this was a threat to him in a physical manner and he should be fired. I went there within 10 mins. when my bf called me and told me what happened and got the guys name. I have left messages with the corporate office and regional office and have been in contact with their human resource office. We believe this stems from a debate they got into at another store when this guy insisted he had to scan my bf's ID instead of just entering his birth date for the purchase he was making. When I went there this morning, I purchased a simple pack of donuts just to get this guys name. Standing behind the counter he was blowing his nose in a napkin and wiped his face with it. I could tell he was sick. He then proceeded to take my $ and give me change without washing or sanitizing his hands....had he wanted to scan my ID you can bet he and I would have had words too. They don't need to scan the ID's...they just need the birth date. I'm sure scanning the ID'S gives them way more info on a person than they need. At any point....the threat to my bf is one thing you can bet I will take as far up as necessary...
Visited circle k in Wytheville Virginia we purchased 2 of the froster cups in which where they were placed at it had a sign saying 1.99 when we were at register paying for these cups we were charged 4.99 each. In which we told cashier and manager that where they were sitting said a 1.99 they proceeded to tell us that was for another cup and we didn’t read the signs. As working in retail and customer service if something is placed in the wrong spot and says a cheaper price we usually let the customers have it for that price. And then place it where it belongs and the right price. However we feel as if they weren’t courteous as to us thinking it was one price and was actually 5 dollars more than what we expected to pay. Then they proceeded to move them to miscellaneous cups and informed us we didn’t read the sign correctly. Most the time when customers are purchasing something they are looking prices. We are from out of town and our circle k back home would have made it right but it seems as they weren’t worried about satisfying the customer like they just didn’t want to be bothered with it it didn’t care. We were very disappointed.

Purchased thru your curbside order usually money if I got it ain't no problem but I'm tight on my own funds and on debt for your company be fradulenting your constant customers I'm a daily customer I come to you because I feel treated like a customer not like a piece shit like other businesses be doing I made an order paid online my bank won't refund me your dam employees ain't doing their job if I don't recieve a response back by the end of today I give you my word I will send my guys and my self and Rob your stores one by one yes a fucking threat how come you can take a payment for something your not fully going thru the transaction but you cannot comply by answering or helping to resolve the resolution I want a refund matter fact I just want my product I paid for if your s smoker you must understand when you spent your last few funds you had to get a drag off a cigarette you understand my frasturation I got right now that I ain't thinking right but how can you be promoting shoplifting ads of ppl when I don't see your ad on the wall being promoting I'm sorry say this but it's true and worse because taking from a customer and hanging up on them on top disrespectful you should thank God I ain't that gangster from back then because if I was I would of done worse of the worse against your company but again I changed made a change of my life but I do have anger problems only good control myself is a dam cigarett which now I got to wait for your ongoing promoting a service you cannot fix yourself but again you keep taking others money which I will not tolerate I will take actions by my own hands even if it means fucking up my life my freedom cause I been handing ppl your type idk but if you were aware of your situation then what i am trying to say is for the type of people like you contact my email ,stoptherejs1945@gmail com order amount ,$8.84 thru cash app purchased 2 packs of menthol 100s edgefield watch ain't funny how athreat life indangermeant comes upon a small money fraction for a small item now I am overthink before submitting this but guess what my life fucked up to where I overthink suicidal on a daily basis because I don't I helped lots of ppl helped the community out by clea ing it and having a save comunity but you creatures tend judge a felon too fast
I live by your ofallon illinois store and with the coronavirus going on your door it has a sigh on there door saying you should put on your mask, but most of your employee don't have one on. So how do you expect your customer to wear one
Just rebuilt the store at Dupont Center US1 and Sr206, Today was the forth time I went to the store since it was rebuilt where the sodas were flat (No Carbonation). Employee said there is a leak in the line that provides the CO2. Also the company change Donut provider, in the past I loved the Krispy Cream the ones Circle K carries now not so good. I changing to DD on US1 for fizzie sodas and fresh donuts.
