I spoke with a supervisor in tech support, stating that I could not manage my transfer of monies to another bank which I do on a monthly basis. She recommends that I could cancel my recurring transfer and do a one-time transfer each month thus giving me complete control or I could wait for a period of 1 to 2 weeks before my monthly transfer not sure how long and thus be able to manage my transfer in this window. Those were my only 2 choices. I find that is incredibly poor business practices and terrible customer service. I am retired and have money in a few banks and need the flexibility to transfer money from time to time and to have monthly transfers. Any help would be greatly appreciated
I paid my mortgage off in full last month and today got a bill for 4 cents. Normally, not a big deal. I have spent a half an hour (so far) waiting to talk to a representative about it. Citizen's Bank now owes me money for my cell phone minutes. What are my chances?
Followed Citizens instructions to cash a check to close my account and the bank I cashed it with got the check returned by Citizens and I got charged a $12 fee by my current bank for returned check fee. On the phone with Citizens over a 4 hour period and 8 different transfer to different reps and in the end I am out the $12 returned check fee because of Citizens bank which they refuse to reimburse me for!! Will NEVER use this bank again although I had use them for over 20 years!!!!! Will file compliant with FDIC and BBB.
