I qualify & I am approved for gov.Connectivity program and Cox is not acknowledging this fact. I have been extremely overcharged & threatened shut-off of services which is ludicrous. Also Cox's contradictory emails I have been sent & kept for further
investigating evidence of complete fraudulent harassment of a disabled senior citizen. Although I've been told by cox this horrific deed I've been subjected to for over 12 months would cease and I would be credited for overpayments. It has not and I have not

Horrible service. I have at least 3 outages every week and am unable to work from home. They are the only provider in my area and they suck. My bill for cable and internet is 300 a month but after the Reimburse me for all the outages is like 150. And I live in Arizona there is no weather outages. I have no idea wtf they are doing

My experience with Cox here in Wichita, KS is like many others in this city one of poor customer service, people who are poorly trained and information they give can vary from one person to another. When this is brought to their attention they have an oh well way of handling any mistake. I have been disconnected two to three times trying to wk. out their mistakes. They are very good at getting my money but take their sweet time refunding any money back to the customer. Cox is a horror story in this city, they are a monopoly and take full advantage of the fact that we have few choices. My advice to anyone who needs cable is to look elsewhere !.
