When will I receive my return refund?
They are working to complete your return or exchange as quickly as possible. Please note that their standard return policy will now allow a full refund with receipt 90 days from the date of purchase. All other return and exchange terms and conditions apply.

Where is my order? Who will be delivering it?

How do I get a $10 DSW?
To reserve, $10 off must have been selected as your MyPerk in your DSW VIP account at dsw.com. $10 off must be redeemed within 75 days after selection or before the end of the calendar year, whichever comes first. To redeem, click “Apply” on your My VIP Rewards page at dsw.com.
How many DSW Rewards can I use at once?
Rewards may be used toward the purchase of products in conjunction with other Rewards and most other discounts or offers, not to exceed purchase amount. Some exclusions may apply and there is a limit of three (3) Rewards, discounts, and/or offers per transaction. No photocopies or facsimiles accepted.
