Amazing Customer Service Support.

Pamela Nicholson, Christine Taylor-Broughton, Jo Ann Taylor Kindle, Craig Kennedy, Andrew Taylor: Please immediately broadcast plans to move headquarters from state of Missouri should the last remaining resource for women seeking abortions in this state be shut down on Friday. I plan to urge men and women across the country to boycott Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Alamo Rent A Car unless and until access to abortion services is guaranteed in Missouri.

No man (or woman) has the right to impose ANY restrictions on the reproductive choices of ANY woman except for that woman herself. If you believe abortion to be wrong, don't have one and don't provide one and I will respect your decision but your beliefs (religious or secular) don't provide justification of attempts to control the reproductive beliefs or decisions of others. To claim otherwise amounts to provable hypocrisy and requires fallacious reasoning in order to make that claim. Don't do business from a state that represses and punishes women. Thank you for your attention.

•I went to Alamo rent a car located in Fort Lauderdale international airport. my reservation was booked through my company’s travel partner the web site explained that you must provide a license and a major CCD. When I got to the counter I was told that there will be no charge to the ccd however there would be the need to hold 200 dollars, I ask Jeff Brinkrant (manager) why was that needed since the reservation was paid for he stated that this is our policy. II called my friend whom was waiting for me outside in 95 degree weather to explain to her what happened she suggested I request the manager above Jeff Brinkrant. I asked to speak to his manager Jeff then informed me well he is going to tell you the same thing I replied “that’s fine I would still like to speak to him” Jeff stated “ he does not come in until three” I called my friend to ask her if it would be okay for her to wait a little longer she agreed. I was approached a few minutes later by Diego Artega (Branch Manager) he stated the policy to me again after I explained my position. He became agitated because I continued to ask him what would be my options until at one point in an arrogant way he said you are not going to get a car for us! I went outside and called my CCD company and was informed that they could raise my available balance and it was available not. I proceeded back into the office were I spoke with Diego again and he said “even if you meet the requirements and the car is already paid for I don’t feel comfortable renting you(with a racist undertone) a car and walked away. I chased after him asking the name of his supervised he told me her name was Melissa Ortega but he did not have number for her. I called the corporate number I found on google since every there stated there is no corporate number. And asked for Melissa number I was given 954 -786-1515. I called the number several time with no answer or voice mail. I called the corporate number back and filed a complaint. Needless to say I had to leave without a vehicle when I not only had a paid in full reservation but I also meet Alamos written rental requirements. I felt humiliated and as a African American woman discriminated against. I need a assistance with this matter. Thank you in advance. Alamo should refund my money and provide a 3 week free rental for the horrible experience and racially motivated experience I had today.
