We went and bought a 2021 f 350 brand new to do this with. Truck was purchased on March 25th 2021. On June 4th 2021. Kevin went out to start the truck and it wouldn't do anything. Two days prior to this date, he stopped at a gas station to fuel up and noticed truck would not shut off. He thought thats weird but got his fuel and at next stop, truck was fine. Shut off and acted normal. We called and talked to warranty dept. They had the truck hauled to Harbin. The truck has been at Harbin now for 17 days as of today. To this day not one person can tell us what is wrong with the truck. We have called numerous times, we have called Ford. We have started a case on the issue. They ordered a gateway module and just got it installed only to tell us this didn't fix the problem. We can not get Harbin service to return our calls. We did receive communication thru a text. But even thats been difficult to get a reply back. We insisted on a rental. We was gave a 2020 Toyota Camry. Which were grateful for but that doesn't make any money hauling with. We can't even get ford to return our calls. We keep calling Harbin and Ford to only be told we can leave a message. So we went down there. We was told that they have Ford engineers involved and they dont know whats wrong with the truck. We submitted paperwork for the Ford Buyback program only to be denied. Saying they wanted the truck fixed. Its been 17 days without a income. 17 days without a answer as to what is wrong with a brand new truck we purchased to make a living with. We thought if we bought new we would be good to go. Nope we were wrong! We have a son starting college next month. The stress of all this is unreal. We just want our truck back and in working order. But we keep getting the run around from Harbin and Ford. I don't know if we will ever purchase another Ford ever again. Am I wrong for being mad? Frustrated beyond belief and just want answers. Im to point where we just want another truck. But our brand new one is sitting at Harbin with no explanation as to what's wrong with it. And cant get a call back from Harbin or Ford! We keep getting told we dont know. But those payments keep coming! Im hoping someone out there has had this problem or can tell us which direction to go.
