I missed due date for payments and asked if they could recover my balance, they said no because it was "more than a month". It sure was not. This was plain false excuse. The negative review is not because they did not recover it, but because they lied, which shows what is this business about.
I tired to call H2O wireless help line about a problem I was having. I tried to talk to three different people there but was still unable to fix my problem. Due to language issues none of the help line people and I were able to understand each other, and I have not been able to find U.S. based support.
Excellent customer service. Very helpful. Thank you Carmen for solving our big problem with H20 pay as you go!
Poor customer service, i reccomend Cricket Wireless they offer great deals and their coverage is ALOT better
