Do J Crew Rewards expire?
Points are awarded within 96 hours of each eligible transaction made with the J. Crew Credit Card. Rewards points will expire 12 months from the date of issuance.
Does J. Crew offer price adjustments?
They gladly honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of the retail purchase or mail-order ship date if accompanied by the original receipt. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.
How long does it take to process the return?
