to whom it may concern you need to get that female screaming to customers out of the Tamiami store in 8 street 123 avenue they send her back again no uniforms, very vulgar language to customer and no respect i will summit, i will summit a review to the department of labor, shame on Jiffy lube it was nice start paying more Miami minimum is over $15 so you can hire decent people.
I have been to this particular location 3 times now and I have no intention of ever coming back because of the treatment that I received today from Matthew. He really thinks that he is something but he isn’t. Must have something against women by the way he treated me today! Cocky condescending attitude and thought it was funny and appropriate to say derogatory things about me to the rest of the work cre in the bay with him because I said that every time I come here the price goes up. I know that we are currently living in a different world where people don’t want to work so it is hard to find workers but having someone like this represent your business is eventually going to get you in trouble. If I had recorded what went on today your corporation would be looking at a lawsuit. This guy thinks that he is untouchable and will never get in trouble for the way he treats anyone!!!! He thought that it was funny at me voicing me being upset with his attitude and even brought other worker men into the office to “take a look at the woman with the big tits who is a bitch”!!!!! You really need to do something about this guy and if not I will make it my mission to make the biggest dent in your business by letting everyone know what happened in posting a review every where possible as well as word of mouth!!! Again I state: this guy is going to get him and your company sued one day!
Mr. Linington, will you please tell me why I should go back to Jiffy Lube and not buy a pair of rampa and change my own oil? Went for oil change today. Had to return later when I realized the air filter was black and they didnt even mention it to me, failed to inflate the tires and your obnoxious female employee who reluctantly took the worst care of me wanted to call the police ‘cause she “thought” I was yelling at her. As I told your manager, the only reason your employees are there is to take care of the customer. No other reason! And if they dont want to do that simple task, why dont they go home? Your competitors would love to have me as a customer! Most business would ti have their customers think “I am coming back” as a signal that they were pleased. I am saying goodbye to this relationship. I will never set foot in Jiffy Lube again. It could not habe been worse!...
I was already skeptical about going to a place like this then they strip the bolt car is leaking pil now was not leaking any oil before I went to have the service very disappointed and upset I will be calling the regional office on Monday
Been at location on Ogden ave. 3 time at 7am on Saturdays. Waitwd til 7:30 no show. Next time computer down. This time there now it's 7:20 no one here. Incredibly terrible service or lack of.
I am speaking on behalf of my fiance Alison Holden. She took her 2018 Dodge Journey in for service on August 12, 2020. Jiffy Lube failed to secure the oil plug properly resulting in the Dodge being 3000 miles overdue for an oil change. I have spoken with the general manager Hanns at the Jiffy Lube on South Orange Blossom Trail Orlando Florida. Nobody will touch it and i am personally holding Jiffy Lube responsible for said damage done.
I was employed at store #312. The gm assaulted me and was arrestted and charged with assault. I was terminated he is still working. The store is located in wilm delaware. I was injured. So im pursuing this issue. I lost my job and im the victem. And he still working. He should have been terminated
I went into a Jiffy Lube in Arlington Texas. They failed to refill my oil after emptying dirty oil. I drove 3 weeks like this before my motor started jerking and locking up. I went back to Jiffy lube to explain the problem and after a hour I finally got my money back and was told to never return to jiffy lube to do business since I refused to let them empty my new oil and refill me since they failed the first time to refill it. Now I’m buying oil every other day seems like because my oil keeps running out and my motor is continuing to jerk here and there. I Never had this problem until the day I went into jiffy lube.
I had my front brakes and rotors done the tech did not bleed my brakes my brake pads still go to the floor i spent three hundred dollars and its not working right way

The question is this: Is it your company's position/policy to encourage your service staff, upon seeing a Trump bumper sticker on a customers car, to blast out the rap song "F*** Trump" at your place of business?
