Dealing with Kodak is a nightmare because you're not dealing with Kodak. You're dealing with a call center in what one would presume to be India, based on accents, but no one will confirm their location. They repeatedly refuse to listen, talk over top of you while you're answering their questions, and refuse to transfer you to anyone in the United States or allow you to talk to anyone else.
