I bought a Maytag washer/dryer in Feb. 2023. Now since 11/26/23 I called Maytag getting scheduled to fix my washer. I have water all over my floor since then. I had the water turned off in the back but it’s still leaking. I’ve complained several times. I can’t get anyone to come out until Dec. 8th. This is an emergency. I called the service person assigned to me but is the only worker there. He said no one wants to work anymore. I’m still waiting. I think I want my money back. No good service . Available. I want to talk to the CEO but can’t get ahold of no one. Maytag used to be a good name but not so much anymore. I call be reached at home at 1-505-897-4523 here in Albuquerque, Nm. Have someone of authority to call me thanks for your time.
I purchased a Maytag commercial washer and dryer with the power button in October of 2020, the machines are no good, save your money do not buy, the repair person has been here at least 4 times to repair the dryer and still has the same issue and the part needed for the washer is still on back order, I went with Maytag because thought they were the best, NO GOOD, Buyer beware, if you want a lot of headaches, waiting for customer service for at least 40 min a shot and want a piece of junk sitting in your laundry room, that's one thing, but for paying top dollar for a pair of machines that don't work really stinks. I am deeply disappointed and will be following up with the Better Business Bureau and will NEVER buy or recommend a Maytag to anyone!!!
Have a 3 year old Maytag refrigerator system leaking freon cost to repair 800$. Called customer service said sorry nothing we can do. Will never purchase Maytag again
Sorry to say I bought maytag gas dryer in July 2019 and is a piece of trash first of all it took couple of months to deliver and when I finally got it once we plugged in did not work igniter had to be replaced and now since before xmas 2019 dryer stopped working again now this time burner or (quiel) does not work. Anyway piece of trash.
I am giving one star because it has to have star if I could would been no star.
