Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They take your money then don’t come through. The Roanoke, Virginia store should be closed with that group of non professionals. Kelly the manager is as bad as the salespeople. I guess they follow suit.
Worst customer service EVER!! I ordered a ring back in November 2020 as a Christmas gift for my daughter & have yet to receive it (it's March 2021). I have gotten nothing but the run around. Don't get excited when they give you an internal case number and tell you that a) someone will contact you, b) that you should receive your item within 5-7 business days or c) that your case is a high priority.....IT'S NOT & your order ISN'T HAPPENING. I keep getting told that my order is stuck because of some cyber issue. They admit that the issue is THEIR problem (yet I still can't get my ring). Funny because that CYBER ISSUE didn't stop them from taking my money out of my account for an item that I still don't have. It's a multi million dollar corporation & I can't get the $30 ring that they took the money for!! "Feel the LOVE"??!! I don't feel anything of the sort. My daughter was so excited for this ring. I've tried to be patient but after getting supposedly transferred over to a representative & hung up on TWICE NOW.....I'm annoyed. I've never experienced a company that's so unprofessional. I love Pandora jewelry (& have many pieces but WILL NEVER order from here again).
We I call corporate office they put me on hold for 51 minutes waiting for a second person to explain my order problem. I will need purchase another item from Pandora and will tell all my friends the same. Such a big company and they treat their customers terrible.
