I have been using PayPal as my billing, payment, and invoicing system as well as my debit card for 9+ years. Money is always sent and received instantly. Invoicing is a breeze. Only ever had one issue with them and their customer service worked with me to fix it as soon as possible. Their fees are very worth the convenience and reliability they provide, as well as the lack of headaches.

My name is Lori Allen my account email is Loriwhitley0911@gmail.com phone number 919-497-2050. For Over a month now PayPal has been bullshiting with my money that I received during deposit from Des. It's one excuse after another on why I can't withdraw my money. I've done everything that PayPal has requested I've sent in all the documentations PayPal I was requested and I still get shitted on I just want my money that was deposited and I want to close my account for good. This is not how a business is supposed to be handled. I can't even send it to myself which is b*******. sorry for the language but if you were in my position you would say the same thing. Every day is ongoing cycle same s*** just a different day I'm tired of the excuses I just want my money now. It's been over a month now and I'm tired of all the excuses and everything else. I've already went every single other route so I'm going to try y'all maybe somebody will finally listen to me all I want is my money out of my account. Just to begin on 11/112020, i reached out to the PayPal phone number on there website. I spoke to a customer service representative about a dispute i had try to escalate. The representatives goes on to tell me that my account had fraudulent actives and in order to help me clear the issue he had to verify my location, due to covid19 offices were closed and i needed to hurry in order to protect my account i had to purchase gift cards from a CVS. Its sound very strange, as he insisted that PayPal had a new policy due to covid19. I followed up on his request as he continued to say this funds will be placed back on my account. Now he knew all my info with out me providing anything he provided a employee number. He provided me with the corporate address. I believe it was PayPal i was talking to. At the end of the night i had lost 1850.00. The following day he call to check if my funds were in my account, he then stated that there was a problem and wanted me to purchase an additional card for another 650.00. PayPal does not follow up with requests on there help or contact emails that they say will return respond back. I have not heard from them. There is no zero star to rate this service. These companies are hiding behind covid19 to avoid helping there customers. This was a devastating experience for me. ZERO STAR VERY POOR SERVICES

To whom it may concern.on 4/17/2020 my brother sent me money into my account for me to get checked up and for food.i understand that it will take about 2 days a transfer to get into my bank account.i waited for 5 days for that fund and didnt get thru and not only its been put back into my paypal account my account is now limited and cant do anything further to resolve it.i message the costumer support and explain and begging to look into my account i have done nothing wrong that i can think of.so back and fort messaging the support .it keeps telling me to go to resolution and go to my account limitation and click resolve.however since my account is completely limited and i can no longer use paypal will not let me go any further and just keep messaging the costumer service support and same scenario like going to resolution etc...etc...but cant go any further still.i've even upload my ID but nothing happens.i look at my transaction 1 day there i found out about my bank error that instead of PNB its BNP that is on my account.so i message again put the transaction id from when it transferd to the return on my paypal account so i beg again to atleast look the little error so i can withdraw my funds for my medecine and
