Absolutely loved working here, from 2018-2019 the downside would have been that every payday I’d end up spoiling my dogs. Management was helpful and I loved that they provided overtime if you wanted, I usually took advantage of this, and from what I remember, payday was every week. Not sure if they still do that. They also had a massive cafeteria and a gym that I used on my lunch breaks. The overall duties for the pet hotel representative position are fairly simple and actually pretty fun, If you are looking for a place to work, apply here!

I was just in your Sevierville, Tenn store on Winfield dunn parkway and was treated like crap,i asked the girl in the fish department if she was the only one working back in this area today and she said yes what do want.she was very rude i told her never mind didnt mean to nother you.I went up front and talked to a manager and all she was talk down to me .I spend alot of money in that store between my dogs and i just bought a $300 fish tank from there .Im sorry i think customers need to be respected. I have never been treated this bad there before someone needs to check in on this store

I had a terrible experience at PetSmart we had two employees exchange for breakwe were running up by a separate employee a receipt was not giving me and my friend thought that one of us had picked up the bag we walked out of the store without the bagthe manager told us that the cameras in the store do not work so consequently we will not get our money back even though we have an email receipt of what we spent in a store because she cannot prove that we did not walk out the store with it she's accusing another employee of having the knowledge of the information as to what happened to the package however I communication with her was not very good she did not ask to really help or solution saw for finding what happened to the product I am very disappointed at PetSmart managers behavior with customers concerning items that were purchased and paid for but made a mistake and left in the storeI was told it will take days to find out what happened to the product and the employee will not be in the store for a couple of daystherefore she will not be able to get back with me until she talks to this employeeI find this very disturbing that the receipt and the product does not put in our hand since the store cashier bag the stuff this is disgraceful foreign customerscustomers be aware if you buy something at PetSmart and you make a mistake and leave it you will not get it back even if you have a receipt that's been emailed to you

I was in PetSmart at Largo Mall today on 05/21/2020 store number #1085 and they got dead beta fish and gueania pigs look like there dead, and that's just terrible.also there was dog poop all over the floors and people were walking thru it and smearing it all over the floor you had to watch where you were walking all the way up to check out lane. it looks to me like the workers just don't care, I don't think I go back to that store after seeing that .i hope you check them out because you are going to loose customers, thank you.
