Amazing Customer Support.
Overnight staff Tareka and Brandon provided great customer service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also the store was very clean.
We stopped at a pilot because it has an arbys in it located in wytheville virginia. On our way to Florida. They were really busy. Had a line to the door. Some people were getting irritated having to wait. I just wanted to take time out to tell you how great the people you have working there. No matter how rude some of the customers were to those employees they stayed professional and very friendly. We asked to speak to The manager on shift, not to complain but just to tell her what a great job they were all doing. We could tell they were short staffed and they were killing it. Cheryl was the manager on shift that afternoon, a guy named Austin who was very friendly and we saw one girl making food. We will definately go back there again. So thank you for the great food and service.
