Rural King is a great store. They have some really amazing prices, especially on guns, and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly here. Unlike a lot of big box stores the employees at RK actually seem like they enjoy working there and will go out of their way to help you. I am continually impressed with the staff in the Gun Barn because they really seem to care about what they are doing to help support the second amendment & assist people in finding the right gun. Great selection of home & farm stuff here and even a bunch of pet supplies as well.
The Huber Heights store in Ohio has very bad customer service. I went in looking for a pool vacume and they only had 1 on the shelf that had missing parts so we took it to the service desk and asked if they could call the Xenia store to see if they had one and they told us that they couldn't call out on any of the store phones.... That can not be true what if they need to call 911? They told us that they would have to use their personal phone. They also said that they couldn't look up on their computers any inventory of the other stores.
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! 👎
State college store is poorly run one manager sexually harassing girls while
head manger covers for him. They treat employees very bad . Something needs to be done about this maybe employees need to get together with labor lawyer
