Never again! We are at the sandals resort in Antigua Caribbean side . We have not received the accommodations we paid for. The room is dirty, soiled couch and throw pillows holes in the curtains, AC that doesn’t work.we Complain to the management and even though they acknowledge our concerns we were told because the resort is full we cannot be relocated to another room. Because the resort is full. However, another couple had the same issues and they were relocated to the Mediterranean side of the resort. I intend to make this know to every social media outlet so that no one else has to go through this and be disappointed as we are. This is unacceptable. We tried to reach corporate but none of the numbers that we were given by the front desk or working numbers
