Worst experience tonight ever from sea world employee at the manta ride at around 8:55 . This experience was the most unprofessional yet of a sea world employee. This woman should not be working anywhere around kids and was by far the worst Customer service that I have ever experienced. I approached Trevor requested a manager but after waiting several minutes and several calls back and forth with lead Monica was told there was none. Trevor was a worker there tried to help me get the 3 females names. In which they were very rude to him and refused giving him there name when he asked . The lead told to be Monica and the other females name unknown. My encounter was originally with female employee said to be named Zefernia . This was indeed a very poor example of customer service. Please contact me asap and will be following up with corporate. If you guys can please review videos and sound please in this employee and see a perfect example of what should never happen again. I do have pictures. And am requesting videos and calls to be reviewed at this time also would like a follow up asap.
