We have been diamond members for more than 4 years including paying for dining passes with our home park being Six Flags over GA. We have seen nothing been horrible customer service from everyone within the Six Flags organization. We have traveled to multiple parks outside our home park (St Louis, OKC & Texas) yearly and it's the same. This will be our last year spending money with this company who doesn't care about the families who spends hundreds coming to their parks. Six Flags should retrain their customer service and guest relation employees on how to communicate with the public. Having worked in the public eye for over 15 years this is absolutely ridiculous. This system will not let me submitted a comment without giving at least 1 star but this company doesn't deserve that or peoples hard earned money.
I purchased a season for my granddaughter oct 2019 , then 2020 great escape six flag , lake george ,ny was closed. Now she has to get her pass actatived but no upgrade because I paid for at time of purchase, but my daughter 's pass, I pay for it monthly and she is getting an upgrade. you're not doing anything for people who bought their tickets out right. That doesn't seem fair. My grandson has a season pass and he' not getting an upgrade not even a drink. people who their pass out right get nothing while people making payments get up graded, now does that sound fair? thanks for your time Kelley
