BUYERS BEWARE! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! DO NOT BUY FROM THOROUGHBRED NISSAN USED NOR NEW! I co-signed for a Volkswagen CC June 21st 2021, the same night the contract was signed the fuel line busted we took the car back to the dealer and demanded our money back and for them to cancel the deal Thoroughbred Nissan refused. They fix the fuel line and gave the car back and said we had no choice but to keep it and the car started turning off in traffic we had to park the car and drive my vehicle to the dealership and the sales manager Caleb laughed and said it was our responsibility to get the car to them and he refused to throw the vehicle. We managed to get the car to them. after a couple of days I went to check on the vehicle and a man ran out asking how he could help and I told him he could start with telling me where the car was, she then proceeded to tell me that they sent the car home with their technician and not to worry because he has worked there for 30 years, I was not happy, especially the fact Thoroughbred Nissan neglected to ask us if it would be okay for them to remove the vehicle from their dealership and send it home with their employee they did not care to give us any knowledge of what was being done until I drove up there looking for the car. be employee brought the car back a couple days later and the motor blew. the finance department called us and so they made a mistake on the contract and put $4,500 for a trade ins, and that they had to pay the old Finance Institution $6,119 and if we did not pay them that they were repo the car and Report us to collections which is against the law per consumer protection laws. the dealer cannot make these kind of threats. I have the text messages from when I advised the salesman George other 10-day payoff as well as the email from the prior financial institution advising the 10-day payoff. Finance department threatened us again and said they would repo the car and Report us to collections and hung up. we tried calling back but the calls kept being forwarded to the general manager Johnny Lohrman voicemail so we call the new finance company and have them do a 3-way call and the receptionist answered and advice us and the bank that the general manager Johnny Lohrman told her not to accept our calls and just forward them to his voicemail and that she was not to have any contact with us nor the financial institution. We were not given the carfax we were given the run around so I purchased them on my own, the vehicle had been in an accident and another vehicle in 2013, 2020/2021 it failed emissions, thoroughbred Nissan bought the vehicle january 2021, put it up for sale april 2021 and sold it to us june 2021, we were not advised of the prior accident as well as the fact that it failed emissions. I have contacted the Arizona attorney general office as well as Better Business Bureau and the general manager Johnny Lohrman excuse for violating our consumer rights and the Lemon Law is a contract was signed for the vehicle as well as MVD paperwork. Johnny Lohrman claims the motor blew because of octaine booster, the manufacturer has the car and tore down the whole motor and has documented the motor blew because of the timing chains and that the turbo is also bad. the Lemon Law was not followed, on the service records the service manager had even documented that he waved the two $25 fees. mechanical issues literally started the same day that the contract was signed the dealership should have done what we requested and refunded the money and take the car back. the salesman George was no help. the sales manager Caleb was no help. the general manager Johnny lohrman he was and is no help. the lemon law was not followed and our consumer rights were violated multiple times. Thoroughbred Nissan should have taken the car back per the Arizona Lemon Law, refunded our money and be done but they refuse to do so and we never even got a simple apology either to say the least. do not buy from Thoroughbred Nissan!!!!
