There isn't a zero, my rating is a zero! I have had the worst customer care ever. I have never had an issue paying my bill on time, I recently moved (May), and terminated service. I was to be given a refund over $300.00 and we are now in August and still no refund. I have made many phone calls, sat on hold for over an hour several times as well as sent many emails, even turned TEP into the BBB. In June I was told my refund was "in the mail." In July I was told it was never sent and then went is was supposedly, it was "returned." I was also told that I needed to ne put on hold so the customer service person could check with the refund depatment. She comes back to the phone call after putting me on hold for a good tem minutes and tells me that they are going to resend it. I asked her for the direct lnumber to talk to someone, she tells me the department was closed! i flat out asked her, then who did you talk to? She then tells me she just read notes on my account.
Interesting fact, TEP was able to send my monthly bills to the SAME address with absolutely NO issues. I have also changed the address in order to try again, no refund check. They even sent a reply to the BBB on July 20, 2022 that my refund was resent. Today is August 2, 2022 and no refund check.
