After paying 900.00 this month on elecric bill in a deceased persons name that had two accts the money went tk wrong acct and they shut power off. I forked over 900.00 more dollars believing I would have power restored today I paud the bill before 12pm. They called me to tell me I have to put bill in another name they wont turn it on if I dont so ok well then I am told it will be almost 48hrs before they will turn it on. 3 week old baby here and fridge freezer full of food. Oh but wait first she said would be 149 dollars to get turned kn today but when I said ok she refused. Worst exlerience I have ever had.

We had a move order between 8-5 today, my husband got to the new house at 7:45 and the door was already tagged..tech was there at 7:30 am. Now we have to pay $70 for a same day call or go all weekend without gas which means no showers and no cooking!

I have been trying to get engineer on my property since the 2nd week of February of 2021. It is 3/18/2021 and I have been told this it could be up to six weeks to get engineer on my property to see where to put a power pole.
All that money spent for nothing inspection with the county n and every time I speak to someone they talk to me like I have never spoke to them before.
And I keep getting told to speak to someone to get my address put on the books, and they were almost parted in my yard with the pole truck two days ago here in golden valley az, my question is who is in charge and where are they located. I have never seen a corporation run or executives operate a company with so much disrespect for the general public as Uni-source power and electric. This is just another example of corporate waste of tax payers grant money given for storm aid and blaming covid for ever type dereliction of duty and responsibility we have to the general public.
How do I know" I am a Theory solutions Officer and I see waste and disrespect in my sleep and I can say this is the worse I have seen a corporation in my whole life, and if it isn't and I am wrong why is all the rest of the inspection division in the county prompt doing their jobs professionally?
