The staff in both locations I go to remember me and are always nice to me. Their financial advisor was very helpful during these crazy stock market times. I am not charged any fees but I do have a substantial balance in the bank so that might not apply for everyone. I enjoy the drive through options as well.
I want to apply for PPP loan. The information I needed local branch is unable to give. They gave me phone number to call, I called in AM and PM holding the phone for half an hour each time, can't get in touch with customer service. Please call me at 313-300-3143
