Decided to join AARP recently after many years of being away. I rec'd a free gift of a phone/device charger which didn't work. Called Customer Service & was promised replacement. Replacement doesn't work either, tried it in every outlet! Please send me something else or count me out! This is pretty frustrating!

How can you allow UHC raise my premiums for 2021 to rate I cannot afford as I am on a fix income. My premiums went up 6% for the 2021 with a S/S raise of 1.3%, and UHC profits are out of the roof and bonus are a all time high. The Trump campaign claims the premiums have been down by 60%. Come on AARP you can do more to protect the SENIORS of USA. Just does not make sense to any of us on a fixed income. I do not know how you can sleep well at night knowing how you have did us all in. PLEASE PROTECT US AND FOLLOW YOUR VISION. YES I AM HUMAN AND HERE IS MY PHONE NUMBER AND I WOULD LOVE TO DISCUSS THIS WITH YOU. (660) 253-0750
