The WORST experience. I wish I could give 0 stars. I placed and order and was lied to about when if could be delivered. I was treated with complete disrespect when I called the customer service number. Once I finally filed a complaint with the BBB I had someone call me and promise to give me biweekly updates about my order which happened ONCE! And now I can’t get ahold of her and it’s been 2 months. Please spend your hard earned money somewhere else!

Sad to say but this company deserves 0 stars. They have horrible customer service. We purchased a bedroom set from them in November. Was told the set would be delivered in January, not a problem. The set came in early and they delivered the 1st week in Dec. We were so excited and then it came to the delivery crew putting our bed together. There was NO hardware that came with the bed that was delivered. We were told they would take it back and be back the following week with the hardware. Okay, not a problem. They came with the delivery again, same box, no hardware. We have been sleeping on the floor now for a month. Went back to the store in Selma twice, and spoke with Chris (the Manager) he has been trying to get the hardware for over a week now. He was suppose to email me or call me. I'm still waiting for the email or call. We are almost to Christmas and still sleeping on the floor. Horrible customer service all around. This is not the furniture store to make a pricey purchase from.

DON'T BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE!!

Extremely sad and disappointed to write this from Calgary Canada - What happened to me that's really something i can not keep it with me

I am not new to Ashley - I am a loyal customer of Ashley , and bought the entire furniture for the second home. just after a month - Sofa in the bounce room started making noises. I reported, an expert visited my place and concluded that it's part of Sofa design and can not be fixed . I discussed outcome with the store from where i bought - after many phone calls , finally managed to get expert one more time but not for the same sofa , other one in living area - same excuse its part of design and upon my cross question, why Ashley not informed me at time of purchase, simple and funny reply , sale associate fault, he should. Sometimes life is not that easy as one can say .... Anyhow, I recently went back to the store and discussed it again, but it seems like a useless effort. I wasted my time , efforts and money. For sure after this attitude, I am not a happy customer anymore, though I recommended my friends to Ashley in the past and now feel sorry for that.

Another funny thing, the warranties that I bought for all the furniture that I bought for my first home in 2014 , collapsed - even one of the sales associates confirmed , it's credited to your account and you can use it towards any future purchase. you know what when i asked, they said they can not see anything ... all i could do was laugh and walk out as they informed me if you can not ask within 6 months it collapsed.

Please do not come up with these kinds of excuses to just make money.... sad seeing this especially from Ashley ---- love to talk to someone from head office,
Even after my review, the guy who called was kind of same as old - poor customer service. please please help me , i bought something what was not comfortable since day -1 , I know its too late now but i never gave up and ask many people so far within Ashley and still believe one day someone who really care about business ethics and customer care will contact me and listen to me.

I recently purchased over 8,000 dollars worth of furniture, King Bed, Couch, Tempurpedic Mattress. The Mattress alone was $4,800.00, this past Friday Novemeber 19th they delivered my HEADBOARD AND COUCH along with my $4,800 mattress and sat it on my floor where I have to sleep since no footboard and no one can tell me when I will recieve my footboard! Let me also infrom you I have a terriable back and have had surgery! ALL I WANT IS ANSWERS AND FOR IT TO BE MADE RIGHT!!!! I EVEN OFFERED TO GO TO THE STORE AND PICK UP THE DEMO FOOTBOARD AND THATS NOT AN OPTION. WHEN I ASKED THE MANAGER WHAT I SHOULD DO, HE STATED IT WONT HURT ANYTHING THE MATTRESS IS MADE TO GO ON THE FLOOR!!!!!!! VERY VERY UPSET WITH ASHLEY FURNITURE FOR THIS MISTAKE AND I WILL DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO GET ANSWERS FROM SOMEONE, AS WELL AS LEGAL ADVICE!!!

I bought a Tempur-Pedic mattress on June 27, 2021, in Florence, Alabama. We asked to switch it to a softer mattress, and it was approved on August 19th. I was informed that the new mattress was going to be delivered soon. Also, I informed the manager Mia and the seller Tyler that I was moving out of the state of Alabama in 30 days and my new address was going to be in Virginia Beach. Nobody came to pick up the mattress or to switch it.

I brought the mattress to Virginia Beach, and after many calls and messages, I have been informed that a form about the switch was sent to Tempur-Pedic on September 24th.

Today I called Tempur-Pedic and they do not have any records about the mattress, not even the name of the other. Nobody from the store in Florence, Alabama, answers about the mattress.

I would like to leave here how frustrating is to deal with this process. I just want to switch my product, which is my right, I have the guarantee and I have been paying for the mattress.

I'd give zero stars. So, it's complicated, but the gaffe at the Springfield MO store (manager Amber--I'll leave it here....she should be fired.......why does she even have a job?)---anyway, the corporate office HAD FIXED the issue (nice job corporate...please train AMBER). Anyway, I still haven't received my kitchen table. After speaking with corporate, AMBER cancelled the order......it's so shocking I have no words. Corporate needs to train AMBER to be a customer service person. The store NEVER answers their phones. My son and I stood in their store at 6pm yesterday, dialed the number (we were one of 3 in the store) and we WATCHED the staff let it ring and never answer. Finally, after several attempts, they realized it was me dialing them in the middle of the store and answered. They said they were "busy"---see above. anyway.....again, corporate was awesome in resolving the issue initially, but the store manager evidently didn't like it. because she flipped the decision......

Starting over isn’t easy, especially as you grow older. But that is what my sister decided to do recently. With this change came the need for new furniture. That’s where we were lucky enough to start her journey at the Ashley Furniture outlet in Randolph NJ. Manny, our salesman couldn’t have been more gracious. He showed us the same care, as if we were his own daughters. To back him up, was the location’s manager Lou. If there’s one thing I know for sure, is that if you’re lucky to stop and shop here, you will surely not be disappointed.

Hello,
I hate having to give a one star because the manager and sales person I worked with was amazing. It wasn't until dealing with delivery I had an issue. I order and PAID for furniture in cash a couple weeks ago. I was told that I would be scheduled for delivery. I waited until I received my confirmation email and took time off of work. I took three hours during the window i was given. The delivery drivers called and stated they were almost there. It was at the end of your delivery confirmation time but my disabled combat injured veteran husband was at home. He talked to the driver and stated he would wait outside so they could locate the residence. Your delivery truck never even came in the neighborhood and he was left waiting out side in the heat for 45 minutes. Its 94degrees today. He stood outside - there is no where to sit - he waited for 45 min then someone called and said the delivery was cancelled. I immediately called the office and they stated that it was an issue on their part and at this time the truck was back and unloaded. I make 40$ an hour and dealing with this ridiculousness as well as condescending supervisor who told me she was the absolute highest level of supervision in her department and could do nothing for me. So i paid money you took. Then your lazy delivery driver felt leaving my husband out in the elements and not showing up should be understood by me. I realize issues occur and stated it would be fine if we could be delivered to tomorrow. But good old May said that was not going to happen. I think its a sad day that I can pay in cash- not financed- and basically I have to be on hold because your company messed up. I am a supervisor in a 911 center. I cant just be like oh my couch didn't come I am gonna stay home and wait again whenever is convenient for Ashley Furniture. I believe that a delivery to me tomorrow is not asking too much as your company took my money immediately and did not follow through on your end. This is terrible customer service when you made the mistake.

Never never order from Ashley Furniture. I Ordered 3 items in March 2021, sofa, chair and shelf decor. Paid cash. Delivery scheduled for May - no call to say delivery date postponed. Rescheduled new date for August - no call delivery postponed- i called them myself they rescheduled for September. Letter being mailed to CEO Arcadia, WI. Phone rep said they can take my complaint…5 minutes later I was told their computer is down. BS over and over again.
