In 1971, Warren Eisenberg and Leonard Feinstein opened a store in Springfield, New Jersey called Bed ‘n Bath. By 1985, Eisenberg and Feinstein were operating 17 stores in the New York metropolitan area and California. Also in 1985, the first superstore was opened, as an attempt to remain competitive with Linens ‘n Things, Pacific Linen, and Luxury Linens. In order to properly represent the size increase in its retail stores, the company changed its name to Bed Bath & Beyond.

HELLO, I SEND MY IRON WHO ONLY HAVE PROBLEM OF THE CORD TO GETTING INSIDE OF THE BOX. THE LADY AT THE STORE TELL ME THAT SEND MY OLD IRON BACK TO THE STORE AND THEY WILL RETURN TO ME ANEW ONE OR FIXED IT WHICH IS NOT TRUE THE RETURN DEPARTMENT BROKE MY IRON PULLING THE BOX OUT SO I NEED MY IRON BECAUSE IT WAS OK ONLY HE CORD DID NOT RETURN IN WHEN I PUSH THE BATON, HERE AT RIVERSIDE STORE THEY HAVE BEEN TREAT ME LIKE A GUERO, I SEND THIS INFO BECAUSE I WANTED MY IRON AT THE WAY IT WAS, NOT BROKEN, PHONE 951/2075009 OR GIVE MY REPLACE.
Bed Bath and Beyond Newburgh, NY store #829 should be ashamed of themselves. My 4 year old autistic nephew was crying in the store so my sister escorted him out and the two cashiers at the customer service desk thought it was funny and made fun of him. I went back to to talk to the manager who basically made the situation worse. One of cashier actually threw a pen at me and put her hands in my face. I will never shop in this store again!! I am so upset by this and they will definitely be hearing from me. How can they discriminate against a four year old. They should be embarrassed!! This is unacceptable bed bath & beyond!!
The manager, Charles, at the Daytona Beach store is horrible. He is rude, ignorant and if you are trying to return something, he is horrible. He treated my daughter and I like criminals. While we were ther, he was actively arguing with another customer.
VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
The company and its atmosphere is pretty decent. Good communication is available, as well as good attitudes.
Customer service sucks, They have to improve their service.
