THIS IS THE WORSE SERVVICE EVER!!!, THIS IS THE 4TH TIME WITHIN 3 WEEKS THAT FEDEX HAS DELIVERED MY PACKAGES TO THE WRONG HOUSE!, WHAT IS GOING ON!, WILL FEDEX SLOW DOWN AND READ!!! TO MAKE SURE THE ADDRESS AND THE LABEL SAY THE SAME ADDRESS. I HAVE HAD TO CONSTANTLY CALL TO NO AVAIL. I DON'T WORK FOR FED EX AND SHOULDN'T HAVE TO DO THEIR JOB! NOW I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEM TO RESEARCH AND FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED WHEN IT'S OBVIOUS THAT THE DRIVE IS NOT READING IT'S NOT ROCKET SCIENCE. NO ONE CAN TRACK THE DRIVER TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED AND WHERE HE LEFT THE PACKAGED THE CUSTOMER JUST HAS TO WAIT AND BE FRUSTRATED BECAUSE OF THE IMCOMPENTENCE OF ONE PERSON , IT'S ONE THING FOR IT TO HAPPEN ONCE BUT 4 TIMES WITHIN 3 WEEKS THAT'S RIDICULOUS AND UNACCEPTABLE!!! MAYBE FED EX NEED THEIR DRIVES TO START TAKING PICTURES OF THE DELIVERY LOCATIONS SO WE CAN SEE THE PROOF IN THE PUDDING, DON'T JUST SAY YOU DROPPED IT OFF AT THE ADDRESS ON THE LABEL BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY THAT'S NOT ACCURATE OR TRUE. NOW I JUST HAVE TO WAIT! NO ONE AT FED EX WILL HELP YOU , YOU CAN'T SPEAK TO A MANAGER ALL YOU GET WE WILL REPORT IT.
Delivery to my small town is horrible. In past 3 months have had 2 pkgs coming. 1st one was 5 days late, current one is now 4 days. they say my address is wrong (have lived here 12 1/2 yrs), they can't find it. todays excuse was they tried but i wasn't home. I was home all afternoon & no one came to door. Besides that, it doesn't need signature so IF he was here, he should have leftlon porch. In my fed-x information, i have my cell phone number and detailed info to find house, which should'nt be needed cause we are a very small town. And I am not the only person in town to have this problem. I have called the number listed, but i seem to be connected to overseas area. I am very frustrated & seems no one at fed-x really cares. I guess I will quit doing on-line ordering from Target sine they only ship fed-x. Seems reallu strange to me that fed-x has so much trouble but UPS has zero problems finding my house, delivers to door, rings the bell & puts the pkg in my hands & is very pleasant. God bless UPS.
Zero would be my rating. Two same day packages with meds. One took 8 days the second 3 days. Spent 6 hours total on phone dealing with " layers" of zombie people who think Puerto Rico is not in the U.S.A. Most created " stories" about delays. Bad weather ( No). One Package arrived at 130pm on Friday ( "to late for Friday delivery") "pod locked down and nothing can be delivered until Monday." Same Day Delivery doesn't really mean that " . "Really sorry but we have many packages ". Fed X should be banned from doing business in the United states.I can't believed we deride the United states Post Office. Use snail mail its faster and far far less expensive. I am hopeful that a legal firm will see all of the complaints ( thousands a week) and file a class action case. I will gladly submit my detailed log of each and every conversation I had over the course of 6 days I will never use Fed X again nor will I deal or do business with a company who uses them as an exclusive vendor for shipping. I urge other consumers to do the same. As a result of these delays I missed vital doses of medication. Future lab work will determine if these missed doses impacted my disease process. Using fed X can be a health risk that can easily be avoided. Don't buy the consumer myth they have created about service. It is one of the most flawed systems I have ever navigated and designed to assure that with out " hours" of on phone time that you can never get to the " truth". Avoid them at all costs.
FedEx delivered a package to my house that is not mine and threw it at my front door. Since they refuse to address this issue I am placing a police report and a lawsuit for damage to my front door and for breaking a contract from the person that paid them for a delivery they clearly have not received.
i am trying to make an official complaint about the delivery problems i am having and the staff at fed ex as this is a long standing problem that is not being resolved a driver that works out of the air terminal in mobile Alabama is driving up our neighbours driveway to deliver our packages and it is causing us great stress between us and our Neighbors and also the driver is refusing to drive up our driveway and will not deliver to the porch as is requested in our delivery instructions that were setup by the depot managers now i have a next day package that has bee a week in transit and has been out for delivery 2 days in a row and returned to the depot and still after numerous phone calls there is no sign of a delivery date given i have been lied to by your customer representatives and i have been hung up on by persons at the depot as soon as they hear my voice and that i am not American so i can only assume that all of hassle is because of prejudice for not being American so i am going to take legal action as well as report this to the corporate office and the CEO as i believe that even this communication will fall on deaf ears as it would seem that FedEx is no longer customer orientated.as can be seen from the lack of promised return phone calls that never get returned
