As an enjoyer of video games (who isn't) i love my merch and will basically buy anything with a zelda logo, game stop has a lot of the things i love or have loved and since i shop in-store the only real problem i could see is them running out of a particular thing, its not they're fault though. For example Pokemon cards, i love Pokemon cards, but if i want new release ones, i have to pre order or go to the store a minute before it opens and be disappointed. I'll enjoy Pokemon until i die, but side note; people have no restraint when it comes to Pokemon and will rip the joy away from kids, i will never buy so much of something that kids wont be able to have and get them, they deserve it more than adults, or at least a chance to get it.

I have shopped at Game Stop for 20 years. Normally at the one in the Markland Mall in Kokomo IN. I had an incident in 2015 where an employee tried setting up a credit account using my name so identity theft and was caught. Now I went to cancel a preorder and an employee has canceled the order and defunded the money to himself. I will cancel all accounts with this company after filing criminal charges today. I will never shop at another Game Stop ever again. Rude criminal employees!

I will never shop at Gamestop ever again. Horrible Customer service, paid extra for delivery, didn't arrive until the month later after i emailed and called several times. Thankfully, sixth time was the charm. I've worked in retail for ten years, ive never had a horrible experience until Gamestop. Don't do it, not worth the headache and hassle.

I am so angry with your company. I purchased two games for my niece that I never received, instead I got 4 action figures. I have been trying to contact your company to get this issue resolved but I was on hold for an hour only to be placed on hold again and then hung up on which forced me to call back again. I am still waiting on a customer service rep, but this kind of treatment will insure that I will never ever do business with your company again. This is not how you treat customers. Just TRASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I only gave one star because I had no choice. I wanted to give you zero stars.

In addition to my last review of which I stated that your employees should not be force (under penalty of being fired for not showing up during the Stay Home order) to work and also stand outside the store not letting more than 10 people inside, I called the cooperate number this morning and have been on hold for over 40 minutes and no one has answered. I have a screen shot to prove this by the way.

Does this mean that the cooperate employees are staying home but yet the lower paid store employees are having to work? Let the non essential employees stay home! This is wrong.

Why are you not enforcing the Stayhome order for non essential businesses? My friend works at the Colombia Missouri store and was instructed to stand outside last week to make sure that not more than 10 people were let inside the store. These employees need to be home and not around consumers who may be spreading the virus. They should not have the possibility of being fired if they do not want to come in under these circumstances. This is wrong and I have lost my respect for Game stop!

Gamble I live near the Pelham Manor Game stop in the Bronx. At around 2:30 - 3:00 pm I entered the store with my wife looking to get some games for my kids because of the corona virus. We made our selections and proceeded to the register. Once at the register, I asked the cashier if he had an original case for one of the games. With an attitude, he said if there was one I would have gotten it. His name was Justin and proceeded to be very rude when we asked him about the buy 2 get 2 free promotion. He said it was an old promotion they forgot to take down and wasn’t going to honor it so don’t ask. So we asked for the manager and Justin said he’s busy and he’s not going to honor it either. He just continued to be rude and then said he didn’t know why people were shopping. We asked for the manager, Steve, who was standing next to him on the phone and watched what was happening and said and did nothing. We asked for his name and he said he wasn’t giving it to us because it wasn’t important. Justin than said he didn’t care because he was quitting at the end of the day.

My family and I frequent Game Stop regularly and have never been treated so disrespectfully, we left our choices at the register and left. We went to the Game Stop at Bay Plaza Mall and was treated with the utmost kindness and patience. I think from now on we will be going to Bay Plaza instead of Pelham Manor for our next gaming purchases.

My Nintendo switch was stolen and I spoke to customer service twice the first person I spoke to was very helpful however Paul was rude and kept going back and forth with me when I asked him for his supervisor which he claims was unavailable then I asked for there supervisor and ceo he said he’s not allowed to give out this information I even informed him I was on a time limit cuz it is at one of your other stores and he still did not give me the information I needed or let me speak to his supervisor. I am a regular customer at GameStop and should be treated with dignity and respect.
