I had superior care rating of 5 over the years for my tires and batteries. However, 10/01/2021 I went there for a battery replacement and just found out Gateway had put the wrong battery on my car.Gateway bought the battery from ORiley. This has cost me much stress getting stranded and finally found it was the wrong battery. I have incurred $61918 bill to right this wrong . My mechanic Brann's Foreign car service. the work order #5005-148089. I would hope you will help me pay this error?
Does anyone know the best time to contact gateway corporate office and actually be able to talk to someone
Very bad customer service, I purchase the Gateway laptop less then a year ago. The computer is very bad. Doesn't hold a charge works very slow and now can't even connect to the internet. The computer says no internet found. Been trying to get service for 2 months now, still have not been able to get service, when calling customer service cannot get through after being on hold the recording says to call back later. Sent several emails none of them have ever been answered. Very disappointed in this product and the customer service.
