I go to GNC specifically for bucked up products. I went initially for the velvet deer antler and ended up finding other products that consistently work well for me. They have so many brands to offer It’s can overwhelming but I’m glad I found one I can trust that covers most of my needs as a power lifter. I’ve had no bad experiences with GNC as whole. Staff is usually pretty friendly and eager to help in a way that's genuine and not just for the sake of Making commission.

I placed an order July 15th I was charged right away but I never received my products

Good evening
I am contacting you because I am a customer that likes your store. I buy a lot of things from GNC. I have been a member for a long time and became a PRO ACCESS member last year. As of today I have never receive not ONE PRO ACCESS BOX. I have done at least two online chat conversations on two separate occasions to find out what was going on.
I have waited a long for just the first one and it never came. I figured possibly due to COVID-19! There were a lot of problems with shipping packages at that time. So I waited patiently with the rest of the world. However, after a while I decided to go online and contact someone. I was told they would check on it and let me know. I waited patiently because I don't like to just get upset you should give people a chance. I expect people to honor things as they would expect me to. Well lo and behold no one got back to me at all! Well I again contacted another person on the chat line again. She was very nice told me she would check left me on hold for at least 5 to 8 minutes. She came back and stated that she could see nothing was ever shipped out to me. And also that I am a PRO ACCESS member. She stated that she would have to check with the shipping company. She also made sure to let me know it would be 72 hours before I would hear back from her, she would be off for a day or so. Well, you guessed right I never heard back from her either! So as of today, this exact moment I still have never received any packages and NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO CONTACT ME! I paid to become a PRO ACCESS member because I actually thought it would be a great thing. Up until now I never had any issues with GNC. So could someone please explain to me why I did not get the items/boxes that I should have? Will I get the past boxes that I never received and the current ones that are due or coming up? How many boxes have I not received? My membership for PRO ACCESS expires on 11/21. Why should I even bother to renew it if this is the customer service that you receive? I really looked forward to receiving my orders. This way I would have been able to see what I liked, and possibly order the things that I liked.
Is there not ONE PERSONTHAT CAN ASSIST ME on finding out WHY I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ITEMS? Will you give me the items I never received? Will you make sure that I get the ones that are coming recent? All I am asking for is what I wanted in the first place. I don't understand why this is such a hard situation. At this point if I could have given 0 stars I would have.
