I was treated so rudely by your store mgr Perry. I had come in with a new protection cover for my phone. I had to buy it elsewhere as your store there at Renaissance did not sell them for my phone anymore the iPhone 8 Plus. The kind person I had worked with before told me to go ahead and bring it in and he would go ahead and put it on for me since they didn’t have any to fit my phone. Well I went in today and that store manager was so rude I cannot believe it! As he didn’t even try to say it kindly or say I’m so sorry but we can’t do that. He was rude as ever as he said “well I can’t do it “. I said you’re kidding right? And he said “no I’m not kidding” with a straight face. He said it’s his policy. I’ve given the store the best reviews as your staff are wonderful except for this store mgr. What kind of example is he to his employees. His employees represent your company so much better. I said “this is what you’re saying to me”? And he said yes that’s my policy. Cold as ever. He should not be a manager. I will never go there again I’m so disappointed in how I was treated. I haven’t been treated like that ever in my 61 years. Was completely unacceptable!
Cheated at store LIED TO decieved for HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS. Went back to resolve, salesman refused to help manager lied about what happened then laughed at us said go call someone. Corporate refuses to reply - for months now and I DO USE MY REAL NAME & CONTACT INFO WITH THEM,
