In 2007, Andrew Mason helped found The Point, a tipping-point-based collective action website dedicated to getting people together to accomplish a goal. The following year, The Point gave birth to Groupon, a site dedicated to advertising local businesses by offering deals for a limited time.
The world’s first Groupon was a deal for Motel Bar, located just downstairs from the Groupon office in Chicago, Illinois. After that first deal, businesses across the city caught on. Eventually, Groupon began to expand to other cities.

Need to speak to someone from Groupon. There is no number to call have made several attempts, very frustrating would like an email sent to me regarding order
It is a terrible service I paid for a tour 188 dollars and when I arrived at the place there was no one, the number is not real and nobody answers my emails, I need my money back, I will never use Groupon I do not recommend it

Yesterday I paid for " super deal" on canvas prints and tried sooo many times to redeem my voucher - nothing , spend hour and half and my copy and paste or type in code did not work. Called that company and hour later got answer : I have to get refund from Groupon not them
This morning spend two hrs trying to call or send email to anybody from customer support and got nothing - just over and over back to this some spot without any help and no answer
They are so quick with taking your money but there s absolutely nobody to contact
Shame of you Groupon
Groupon took $600 from us for a crummy $95 job and there is no way to contact them to get our money back. they send you e-mails with no clear understanding what to do. request you credit card information and pay pal number your personal information without knowing where the email is coming from . Will never buy anything from this site again and advise you do not do it either. apparently we have to go to court to get our money. It seems others have problem with this business as well so where is the consumer support in US
They are great taking your money but the service is fake their offer is fake I lost over $600 bought fake service and now can not find any human to get my money back this by itself is a prof they are fake
