Worst customer service ever. Bought product from Home Depot and delivered by incompetent
Individuals. Did not take our item first time, came back 2 nd time and then turned around and left it in our driveway. Unbelievable. Had to take off from work 2 times and call a plumber and this is the crap I get. If I could give -10 I would. If you read these responses like it says above I would like a call and compensation.
I had a delivery scheduled for Wednesday, June 9, 2019 which cause for someone to be home. My husband took off work (which means he missed pay) for this delivery. I get a call the day of my delivery stating that they will need to reschedule for the following week because someone called in. I addressed my concerns with the receptionist about how we work during the day and my husband had taken off work to be home for this delivery. Now that you all are not coming he would have to take off next week which will cause us to lose money. She told me that they only deliver in my area on Wednesday. So my only options were to reschedule for that Wednesday or I can call the company I purchased the furniture from and have my stuff rerouted to be delivered by someone else ( the rerouting was something I brought up). JBHunt has no regards to their customers changing their life to be home for a delivery.
She did have a manager to call me and I spoke of my concerns and he stated delivers has to be rescheduled all the time. I explained to him that this company has been in business long enough to have figured out what they need to do get deliveries out if someone called in.
I really don't understand how one person can call in for work and that completely stop deliveries. They should have something in place for this and the customer should not have to take the bite for your employee not being able to come to work. I also removed my furniture so we don't have anywhere to sit. JBHunt offered no solution for me and I feel like they do not care about the inconvenience they caused me.
This is not the first experience I had with JBHunt. This happened to me several years ago and I started asking the company I'm ordering from do you use JBHunt for your deliveries because if they did then I would not place that order. I will not order anything else that has to be delivered by JBHunt.
