Event is 8/20. TODAY IS 8/17. Ordered tickets 7/24. Order 7-54648/SCS. Still no tickets recd. was guaranteed 10-14 days. sent 4 emails with no response. Called Cust Serv..does not provide online or human assist. Will never order thru this company again. Paid but received no tickets, no help and so far no offer of refund.
I give ticketmaster Zero stars. I have been screwed. I ordered tickets for the Millenium tour in February 2020 before the pandimac hit heavy. The concert was cancelled and rescheduled for late 2020. Then the Virus got worse and the cancelled that concert and pushed it back. I also order Kevin gates tickets for 2020 and same issue. I have tried numerous time to cancel my tickets Which total for both concerts Millineum tour $377.62 and Kevin gates $174.67. They refused to allow me to cancel or sell. I called numerous times and advised i can only cancel when there is an Concert date posted. I go online to see there is now a date showing, but now i am being told i still cannot cancel my tickets. Even with the Financial hardship and crisis the world is in today they left us out to dry. its not like they wont have any one purchase the tickets that opens up 3 available slots. I also was smart and insured my tickets through Alliance Global and still nothing they can due either. What a waste of money and they should definitely be reported to BBB. I prefer not to be around a group of people due to High risk health issue during this pandemic but what can i do loose $600 and go and put my life at risk.
