Have to go here for work. Rooftop is 10/10. Stairs in the center of every floor is v convenient. Only 1 or 2 bathrooms per floor which is actually crazy.
Worse ever. I ordered something back in September. I never received my order. I got through to an agent a few times and the last time she (Hazel) claimed that the investigation was completed and I should be receiving a refund. Well that was a month ago. It’s now the middle of November and I’ve been trying to call for the past 2 weeks to see where my refund is and I have yet to be able to get in touch with a live person. This is by far the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. When they say that you’ll receive a call back in the order that you call they call back and the line is empty. I will NEVER purchase anything from here let alone recommend this store to anyone.
